Our production in Armenia (Yerevan) combines engineering discipline with meticulous attention to material. The reliability of a shower cabin is not determined by individual parts, but by their precise interaction within a unified system. We view the structure as a complex of interconnected elements, each fulfilling its own role and undergoing multi-level verification.

Glass Elements

We use safety-tempered glass with a thickness of 8–10 mm, which undergoes meticulous edge finishing. To enhance impact resistance, a safety film (laminated glass/plexiglass) can be applied, or for privacy, a frosted coating or decorative sandblasted graphics. The glass is available in various options: crystal clear, solid-tinted, or with a custom pattern.

Waterproofing System and Shower Tray

All junctions between the shower tray and walls, as well as seams between glass panels, are sealed with flexible two-component silicone or MS polymer-based compounds. These materials retain their elasticity for decades, accommodating cyclic expansion and contraction due to temperature and humidity fluctuations, preventing cracks and loss of seal.

Accessories and Components

All mounting systems—posts, profiles, handles—are made of stainless steel or anodized aluminum, ensuring corrosion resistance. Roller mechanisms and seals are selected based on the projected intensity of use, providing smooth, quiet door movement and consistent leak protection.

Structural Integrity and Engineering Analysis

Each project undergoes a phase of static and dynamic calculations. We determine wind and snow loads for canopies and facades, predict point and distributed forces on railings and barriers, and model the behavior of glass doors under intensive use. This allows us to select the optimal glass thickness, design the layout and type of fasteners, and eliminate vibrations and deformations.
